I started researching the Internet for a healthier lifestyle and I stumbled upon probiotics and probiotic foods. Probiotics are the “good” bacteria that live in your gut and all over your body. Sometimes, because of poor eating habits, the “bad” bacteria take charge of your body and you need to reclaim your gut by improving your eating habits.
Probiotic foods help restore healthy gut intestinal flora. Foods like Sauerkraut contain powerful probiotics that help restore your intestinal health and help improve your immune system.
So I started eating sauerkraut as a probiotics supplement and even learned how to make my own naturally fermented and unpasteurized sauerkraut.
